5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Due to performance and safety considerations, the following cannot be returned:

• Chemical & Car Care Products (opened or used items)
• Filter Cleaner Kits (once opened)
• Custom-fit Products specifically manufactured for your vehicle
• Items showing signs of installation or use
• Products without original packaging

6.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to original payment method
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to PayPal account

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.5 Damaged or Defective Items
